I spent more than 30 years in technology and leadership, including executive roles where I was responsible for people, strategy, security, decisions, pressure, and outcomes.
That experience taught me that much of life is shaped not only by skill, but by identity, confidence, communication, self-trust, and the unseen patterns people carry into every room.
After years of leading from the outside in, my own life began asking for something deeper. Leaving behind the traditional CIO path and building a new life in the Canary Islands became part of my own journey back to alignment — not proving my worth through achievement, but learning to live from the truth that worth was already there.
Cognitive Influence and AIM grew from that intersection: executive experience, personal transformation, intuitive coaching, and practical tools that can be used in real life. I created this work to help people move beyond old stories, uncover what may be holding them back, and reconnect with the identity, clarity, and confidence already waiting within them.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. This is not about fixing something or someone who is broken. It is about helping a person see themselves more clearly, reconnect with their inherent worth, and learn how to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, peace, and purpose.
